The client
Transform Trust is a multi-academy trust that was formed in 2013. Based in Nottingham, it currently has fifteen academies and 826 employees.
The requirement
Warren Porter, Transform Trust’s management accountant said: “Our previous supplier was very local authority orientated with poor reporting formats and a lack of customer support. We needed a supplier that understood the academy sector, so we turned to SAAF.
“We chose to work with SAAF after hearing about their good reputation from existing education staff.”
The solution
After initial conversations with Transform Trust, we connected them to our payroll service to increase efficiencies for each academy when managing payroll.
We set up bespoke reports to make it easier for the academies to reconcile the pay to contracts each month. We took over responsibility for the administration of TP and LGPS, further reducing the pressures on office staff.
