This year marks the 10th anniversary of SAAF Education! In this article, we look back on what we’ve accomplished, and what we hope to accomplish in the future.
We’re grateful for where we are today and couldn’t have done it without our clients, family and friends.
Looking back
Some of you have been with us since day one – so might remember our early days in operation!
We started out in 2012, offering bespoke finance services to schools, academies and trusts.
Our aim, which still drives our collective vision today, was to provide our clients with an exceptional service that saved them time, money and resource, so they could focus on education and pupil care. By giving our clients this time back, we were reassured that the next generation of pupils received the best teaching support.
Post-inception, we started working with many clients – and witnessed rapid organic expansion. Our clients started recommending us to others, and this resulted in 70% of our business coming from word-of-mouth referrals!
Reflecting on today
Building on our early success, we quickly expanded our team and service offering.
Utilising the input from our clients and experts in the education industry, we went from offering one service to an array of services! Over time we have robustly developed our core finance, payroll and supply offering and are now proud to serve over 500 clients.
As our service offering expanded, so did the need for more expertise. We now employ over 45 staff across 4 teams – and have four office locations in Nottingham, Leeds, Hull and London.
Looking ahead to the future
After a decade, we’re only just getting started! Everything we do at SAAF is with our clients in mind. We’ll continue to listen and engage with our clients so we can deliver the best service possible.
Over the years, we have strengthened our internal structure and external offering, which will enable us to continue to expand in the future.
A heartfelt thank you to all our clients for all your support over the last 10 years. We couldn’t be happier that you’re part of our community. We look forward to celebrating all we’ve accomplished together in 2032.
