There’s no doubt that this year has been challenging for the education sector. That’s why SAAF Education’s Supply & Recruitment team have pledged to freeze recruitment charge rates.
As a result of the pandemic, schools have faced, and are still facing, increased pressures and long-term implications. As part of SAAF’s Supply & Recruitment service, we’re pleased to announce the freeze of our charge rates, unlike our competitors - some of which are increasing their rates by over 3%.
Throughout 2020 and 2021, we’ve been working hard to match schools, academies and trusts to exceptional candidates and retain these candidates. We’ve provided the utmost support to candidates and clients, this includes:
- Covering the employment oncosts for furloughed staff until the February half-term
- Providing 24/7 support, 7 days a week
- No temp-to-perm fees
- Starting a new initiative to help a local charity by donating 50p for every working day
Here at SAAF, we want to provide clients with the best service possible, and in doing so, don’t believe that schools should be charged an increased rate as a result of the unforeseen events of 2020 and 2021.
