At SAAF Education we offer an extensive list of HR administration services, which will include, upon instruction from the school, generating electronic correspondence using templates provided by employer to be signed and distributed by the school.
We ensure to share annual salary notification for teaching staff by 30th November each year, alongside of producing contracts of employment.
Our team issues conditional and confirmed offers of employment, including issuing of starter documentation relating to pensions, starter declarations and probations and probation periods.
We look after the renewal of fixed term contracts and temporary upgrading, alongside of issuing contract variation letters. These can include contractual statements of change and notification of half pay and no pay letters due to sickness absence.
Of course, we also look after maternity, paternity and adoption leave including but not exhaustive of notification, intent to return, support and advice.
We issue certification of teachers pensions forms, year to date reposting of employees and pay and offer an auto-enrolment notification.
Our HR specialists notify employees of the outcome of their probationary period, if applicable, to that of employment. We also complete Annual NFI submission notification to employees along with pay slips in September and October if their date has been provided to the cabinet office.
